Ally combines eastern and western techniques to resolve the body issues specific to pregnancy. She pinpoints and addresses lower back pain, fluid retention, morning sickness, fatigue and the general body stress from carrying baby weight. You simply relax on the ergonomic pregnancy massage table – bliss!

Ally’s treatments draw on her knowledge of Chinese Medicine and Remedial Massage and can include Shiatsu, cupping, moxa, sotai, structural balancing, acupressure, polarity therapies and Japanese Acupuncture. She recently attended the natural birth of her (9 pound, 4 ounce) niece, and has some fairly handy natural pain relief techniques at her disposal!
Ally has a passion for assisting mothers on their journey through pregnancy, birth and right through the often-challenging postnatal period. Mothers-to-be rave about her pregnancy-specific knowledge and relaxing treatments which provide genuine relief.

- Post-Natal Bliss, 1h 45m $155
A footbath, massage, hand and scalp pressure point massage, finishing with “feet treat” scrub and massage. A 105 minute treatment.
