As a mother of three, a midwife and a personal trainer, with a passion for health and fitness for women, she realised that pregnant women and mums really needed and deserved more than was being offered. She thought how fantastic it would be for pregnant women and mums to have a personal trainer, who was also a midwife, come to them and safely train them in the comfort of their home.
In addition she saw Mumalicious as a valuable resource where women could ask questions and educate themselves within a personalised service to complement their main source of advice.
Caroline has found her niche, where she finds the most incredible satisfaction and fulfillment helping pregnant women and new mothers achieve their health and fitness goals and helping to enhance the whole new born baby experience. It is without doubt the most overwhelming and exciting experience for any woman and after being through it three times herself, she knows how important it is to feel good about yourself as you work towards creating a balance in your life.
As a mother to Ashlee 15, Lara 11 and Jack 7, Caroline knows how mothers always place themselves last. Mumalicious works because it gives mums the confidence and knowledge so that they can be the most satisfied mother, partner and individual they can be.
