i so agree with this Chloe - it's become the social norm to "sue" if you're not happy with something. freedom of speech, freedom of expression - hell, the opportunity to share honest opinions - has all been stifled by the litigious society in which we live

it's disappointing that you can't share relevant feedback with others so that they might learn from your experiences - a bunch of warm and fuzzy's don't do people justice at all - and the "professionals" need to learn that forums like BB might have one or two people say something negative, but ten say something positive to counterbalance that negativity and actually help them out!

Kel, i'm sure everyone will take this on board - none of us want to see you caught up in a legal battle with everything else you have going on at the moment...
