Geez. Perhaps this person would do well to reflect on the "hurt and loss" that prompted the person to post negative comments about them in the first place.
I think it's a shame that women can't share their experiences here, particularly since it is very difficult to get a good idea of what a careprovider is really about before it's too late to change
They still have a long way to go when it comes to realising that we are the consumers our needs should drive the service...not the other way around.
It will change...eventually
And the ones who don't change with it will be left for dust.
