OriginalP - thanks so very much for your advise. We kind of knew a lot of that but I think it really needs to sink into
DH so I will show him what you said and he may try a bit harder. The biggest thing is the alcohol I think.
He's on Menevit which has a few of those things but yes I think there are a few others he needs to be taking. I'm actually in Country Eastern Victoria but my uncle is actually a naturapath and yes I think it is about time I booked a proper appointment with him. I havent to date because it felt a bit strange but I should just get over that.
