I'm pregnant with twins and my back has started giving me grief in the last week and a half. I know there's a lot of weight to be carried around and back pain probably should be expected but this is ridiculous!

I have a pain up high under the left shoulder blade - front and back of my body. It comes and goes but is worse when I'm sitting down. When it's at it's worse, it makes me light-headed.

Hoping for some suggestions for remedies... a soak in the bath is blissful but a little impractical to do all day for the next 6 weeks!
