    Health Care Card

    We get the health care card for the whole family, but with the boys being diagnosed with ASD, they also get their own individual card.

    Because I have put the cards in a nice safe place, I have now lost them. I need the older ones' card so I can access subsidised nappies from MASS.

    Does Centrelink re-issue the cards, and if so, what number would I ring?

    Whatever number is at the bottom of your letters, they can reissue right over the phone.

    how soon do you need them? If it's urgent you can go into a centrelink office and they will give you a bit of paper with a temp card until the new one arrives.
