What information did you arm yourself with during pregnancy: Juju Sundins "Birth Skills" with Sarah Murdoch.
What form of pain relief did you choose: Absolutely nothing!!
What advice would you have for other VBAC'ers: Once again I say "Avoid the epidural!!" I had a completely natural birth, and I felt so good straight away, and went home the next day. But it did hurt!!!
But "Birth Skills" got me through it this time. highly recommend the book!!
