A friend of mine is 21 or so weeks pregnant & has just found out her baby might have
DS.
During the morphology scan they found 2 cysts at the base of the babies brain. There are no other signs for
DS. The thickness of the skin on the back of the neck seems fine, there was nothing said about the bridge of the nose or anything.
Has anyone had experience with this or know the stats? I think that sounds pretty good, but there's apparently also a chance of Turners?? I honestly know nothing about this one, so wouldn't know what else to look for iykwim?
Any reassurance would be kinda helpful right now
