Hi notthelast
I'm going for a VBA2C next month, and all I can stress to you is have faith in your body - and have supportive care providers.
The body rarely makes something that can't fit out of it - I've been told that many times by midwives,
OB's and by reading books on birthing. From what I've read, usually if that baby isn't "fitting" its the birthing position of the mum that is the problem, not their body structure.
I don't know anything about the smoking and rupture cos I haven't heard or read anything about a higher risk of rupture for a smoker? So I can't help you there.
Get support, have faith in your body - and just see what happens!!!
