Naughty maz *slaps one self in the face*
I've been so dame busy with work and family stuff that I havent come in here
BUT I havent put on any of the 3kg ive lost
havent been totally great with the whole diet thing the last week....I buckled and bought a bottle of pepsi max and had carb's *slaps other side of face*
should buckle down again shouldnt I....would be great for when I go for my op that i weigh atleast 5 kg less then I said on the paper work.
well done everyone for keeping at it ....
now rub off onto me again
