Its been racking my brain these past few days..
im not charting my cycle or anything.Normally
AF visits regularly.. anywho im not trying to concieve atm as ive only been with my boyf for 4mnths.... my last period was 14th oct -20th oct. anyway me and my boyf
DTD on the 23rd (i think) and again on the 31st. so im not sure when i ovulated as ive never kept track of temp, mucus etc.. anyway lately ive noticed my nipples are abit darker then they normally are.. which is strange. and my boobs are sore and heavy, lower back pain, feeling like i need to cry at the most random times like at work, umm needing to pee a few more times than normal.. all this could be just period like stuff, im due to get a visit from
AF next tuesday. so i shall wait and see if she visits.....
any help on knowing exactly when you ovulated would be great
