Hi, my baby Isabella hasn't had a bowel motion for 3 days now is this normal. Don't think she is constipated, she doesn't seem to be uncomfortable. I breastfeed and she is still feeding normally, so not sure what's going on.

Hello,
i guess a reply to the previous thread would be a it late now...but since we're on the subject of bowel motions...can anybody suggest what to use as a gentle and chemical free cleaner in hospital when cleaning those delightful meconium poos off your newborn's bottom? Our hospital only provides J&J which we won't use as a personal choice because they contain petrochemicals. Any ideas?
