Snuggly- good to have you back
Cheished_-thans you so much hun. You are lovely. I have been finding it really hard to exercide the last couple of days because of the heat. It just zaps my motivation.
Time4myself- hope you get a big loss next week.
AFM- I lost 400g. I really did expect more and I know that its a loss which is great but considering everything I did last we it was a bit disappointing. Anyway I was really bad and just ate, ate,, ate when I got home. Really had a massive binge Need to get back on track now as I have lots of points to make up for yesterday. |

Well done on the loss Ali!! I think sometimes you need a bit of a release and then get bac on track - I'm sure you will make up the points during the week.
T4M - I hope you get a big loss next week.
I have been finding it hard to do any exercise this week with DD2 not sleeping and DD1 being sick with gastro. I was half hoping that i would catch it to make up for the lack of exercise Is that bad?

Yes that is bad Nai!! TOTALLY something I'd wish too lololol.
WTG Ali!
I have been looking for my new printer cartridge all morning (bought them with the printer because they were on sale... notsomuch a sale when you can't find them and have to buy more!!) and I found my old set of scales. On a whim, I stood on them - I'm 2 kg lighter on those scales than on the ones I've been using - they were at the house when we moved in. Now I'm confused! I like my scales a lot better though |

| | T4M Just don't give up! even the people on the biggest looser have a gain or no loss from time to time Alibaby Thanks hon 400 grass is still fantastic I know we would all like the weight to fall off quicker but 400-500 a week is really perfect I'm finding I need a huge kick up the bum to get motivated to execise, such a shame though cause I'm eating really well, just need to move my butt to loose larger numbers Nai lol to catching gastro, I haveto admit that in the past it has been a great weigh t loss tool but not a permanent one as is just comes straight back on
AFM I'm a bit annoyed with my body, last Sunday I was 68.1kg and than on my weigh day (Monday) I was 68.6kg which meant a 100g gain for that week... this week I've been up and down and this morning weighed 68.4kg so still not looking to crack into the 67's guess I'll see what happens Monday!

Woot! Well done cherished!
Well I didn't get gastro but I did lose 0.5kg this week! So I am 14.8kg down Only 0.2 off my next reward and 1.2 off a healthy BMI

Well it was going to be a massage but I really need new bathers so they might have to move up the list I think!

| | leesa of course you can join us, the more the merrier Nai ohhhh how about you get your dp to give you the massage and then you can have both! I've been wearing a bikini which I 'hated' and thought made me look horrible when I was 65kg! my how things change, so much of how we feel and think has to do with confidence.
I've just booked in for an eyebrow wax and to get my hair done for just over 2 weeks away... I'm hoping I will be getting closer to 65kg by then

Hey everyone! I'm back from a week in Sydney (for work). There's been some great losses this week. Congrats to those
I managed to make it to the gym 5 times though didn't work as hard as I normally do. Just had an off week. But at least I managed some exercise. I'm up early this morning to hit the gym again as I have an appointment that I need to leave by 9am. So i'm still dedicated!
My eating was TERRIBLE! Mainly the car trip, lollies & chocolate. After hitting my goal weight I really relaxed way too much. So back into it today. I weigh in on Thursday so will go back to counting points & hope a few good days will make up for it. I definately feel a little heavier but AF is just around the corner so that could also be it.

I weighed in yesterday I put on a kilo! I knew it was going to happen. I'm just glad it wasn't 2kg. There's no reason why I can't lose it before next weigh in so I'm ok with it. It also could be due to the time of month. I am still in the maintenance phase at WW so alls good. I'm just dying to finish the 6 weeks maintenance so I can become a life time member. I'm still wanting to get to 62kgs though. 3 kgs to go!
How's everyone else doing? Any more losses?

I know this sounds wrong, but that's a good gain considering your week Georgi lol. You should lose that pretty quick too.
I weighed in and have lost 500g! Another 500 and I'll be back to where I was before I fell off the wagon.

| | hi everyone Georgi I agree with T4M that's a pretty gain considering but a trip without lollies isn't much of a trip!! T4M well done on your loss hon, that'l be great to get back to where you were so keep it up!
AFM I did drop down to 67kg and was so excited to be looking at seeing a 66 BUT AF or a BFP is due in the next couple of days and my weight has gone back up to 67.4 at least I know what the gain is from I guess. Went to the beach today gosh it's just lovely and make me feel so good |

CHERISHED Good luck with that BFP. One lady at WW said she always puts on 2kgs when AF is around
T4M Great stuff on the loss. Yay!
And you guys are right... I am happy it was just 1 kilo. I've been eating & training well this week so hoping it comes straight back off again
