Thought I'd share that I have hit the 68's!!!! So excited! Now I can't wait till Monday (my official weigh day) to see if I get any lower than 68.8kg's

ryatha they sound like some great rewards and goals For fluid retention the oldest trick in the book is to soak a teaspoon of fennel seeds in boiling water for 5 mins than strain and drink... I just leave the seeds in the water because I like the taste and poor the brew into my 1 ltr bottle to sip on throughout the morning so maybe give that a try aswell as the massage (which I loooove)... Also make sure you get the laser hair removal from somewhere that does it properly and make sure it is a referral from a friend who has had it done at that place and it has worked for them.. I say this because about 6 years ago I paid over $600 to have it done on my underarms and all it did was HURT HEAPS I still have just as much hair grow under my arms I have heard of it working occasionally but I would never get it done again unless a friend had it work for them and told me where they got it done. I hope that helps

Hi everyone. Sorry I have been MIA. I have posted all of the week four results now (on page 4).
I didn't weigh in this week as I was just too busy and wasn't so good last week. Didn't feel I could face a gain LOL. Hopefully this weigh-in will be an ok one.
Anyway everyone sounds like they are doing well!

Gak. Another shocker of a week for me. I really need to get serious. But I've been a bit depressed the last few days, not sleeping, worrying about returning to work and leaving my bubba, the possibility of needing to wean etc. In fact, I've been so down I wonder if AF is coming back... *Sigh* What a pi$$er.
Stats: -
Weight:76.4kg (500g loss)
B: 97cm (1cm loss)
W: 90cm (3cm loss)
H: 104cm (1cm loss)

I am happy with my waist at least. And a loss is a loss. But I feel like I've been trying quite hard for so little reward.
Today is another day, I suppose. And I could definitely be trying harder.

Sorry for the selfish post. I hope everyone else is having a great week.

Hi All, MIA this week due to spring carnival and not being able to get to the gym! Flemington Racecourse is right between me and the gym so it's a real pain to get to this week (that's my excuse anyway). Will report back in next week folks - keep up the good work everyone!!!

woo hoo well done Cherished!

Well I tried tracking my food (for a day) in CK last week. OMG talk about freakout. I was thinking... yeah, haven't done too badly. Then realised I'd forgotten to adjust it for not BF'ing. ACK! I was a LONG way over. I can see why I need to tighten up now. On the bright side, have been walking my dog HEAPS (two walks a day) and some with bubba-boy (11kg) in the harness on my back - that's gotta be a good workout. So all I've gotta do now is eat a bit better.... think I was a teensy bit down last time I weighed. But still more than a month ago. I hate trying to re-lose weight! But gotta be in it to win it... so I'm trying to focus.

Snacks - a loss is a loss, honestly I'd love to have a 500g loss. You'll get there, and everything will work out. Sending you good vibes to get it all worked out with work, bubba & feeding.

Nai - GL staying on track. Gotta admit I'm kinda glad I'm nowhere near Flemington!

hi to everyone else, hope you're doing well.

You guys missed me Awww I missed you too

Been struggeling with myself the past two weeks. Did the whole eating-ice-cream-in-secret thing again BUT still managed to go down a bit thanks too my trainer. I did have the trots this Sunday ... eekkk, so lost a lot of water, but are feeling better since yesterday and even went to class and got a hectic workout. Over the weekend DH and I bought ourselves our own punching bag mits. Buggers did not have pink in my size, so I had to take the red, and I tried them out yesterday. It's DH's turn to have the runs. It started with ds on Friday, then me on Sunday and now him. I'm praying that dd does not get it. Poor DH is soooo sick, shame.

OK personals, let see:

Snacks - Aww, don't worry hun. We all have our highs and lows and lows are so stupid. Great cm loss. I also lose great in the waist (that is not where I need it though) Chin up, don't give up.

Belfie - I have a hard time not reaching for comfort food myself. It's darn hard. And yeah, sure having a 11kg'er straped to your back counts as a work out. Keep up the good work.

Cherished - take it your not pregnant then. Are you TTC'ing? Contratulations on reaching 68!! You are now officially my goal weight ... care to trade yes?? no??? come on, pruty please tee hee

Ryatha - Oooo love your goals. Get yourself a brand spanking new bikini with that lazer hairremoval, I insist. Hope your headache got better. I hate summer, because I get these heat-headaches .. ugh.

Tinsel - You and ryatha are neck and neck. GREAT job!! I have that problem with the 2 nd time mummy tummy too.

Nai - Spring carnaval - sounds like fun ... and cotton candy .. and soft serve ... and STAY STRONG WOMAN

Ok, quick question. What can I take to help me feel less bloated?? After being sick Sunday I have been feeling really bloated in my intestines. Any ideas?? Appart from standing on my head, or letting dd jump on me.

Ok, girls another week of seriously minding what you eat!!!

Over and OUT!

Well done everyone, you are all doing so well!

Well, I am 66kg, up 600g since last weigh in 3 weeks ago. All measurements are the same though so I don't feel too bad. To be honest I think that last weigh in where I was 65.4 was a bit of a feak... maybe I was dehydrated or something.
Anyway, I had a great workout today and am feeling good. Today I start being good again.

Nai, eating out is not my problem, at least then I can select my meal. Both my parents and PILs live in Cairns so they always decide they should feed us up while we are there... like we can't look after ourselves. We wake up to bacon and eggs or pancakes when I just want my cereal. Maybe I should aim to be 60kg when I go back up there for xmas... then I have some room to put on xmas weight.

Keep up the good work, girls.

"morn'n everyone" (to be read in some sort of country and western american accent)

Nadine, thanks for asking hon, my beautiful hubby and I have been ttc since Sep 08, in that time we've had 2 x mc's (probably 3 mc's, all this year) and we totally can't wait to have a family!! I put on 4 kg's with the 1st pg and another 4 with the 2nd pg so have 8 to loose to get back to pre pregnancy and before the pg's I had 5kg's to loose anyway so that = just lots of weight to loose... Focusing on that is the only thing keeping me sane so nup, no way uh uh, hehhehe, I wont trade places with the weight, I'm stoked to be back in the 68's

berme I always think that if I've seen the lower figure than it's not far away if I go up again so it still can lift my spirits iykwim, hang in there you are doing great

belfie my friend sounds like you've got a good plan there, cant' wait to read about your loss this week xx

AFM I'm doing great! been going to the beach still which is just hte best thing ever for my soul!!! and I'm getting a nice tan and still love my hair and life's good... Just can't wait to loose more weight and than put it all back on again in the form of a bubba

Nai: Hope you get through spring carnival ok Enjoy.
Cherished: Congratulations on your loss You sound really pumped and ready to go... It's cool, and very inspiring.
Belfie: Thanks mate. I am feeling much more positive today about everything. Good on you - two walks a day! That's great. And yeah, it's a good workout taking the kids, hey? I find pushing my two up the hill in the stroller gets my heart going like mad, LOL!
Nadine: Sorry about the tummy bug - that's the worst Hope your DH gets better soon.
I got heaps thicker around the tummy in my last pregnancy... I used to be a real pear shape but since having Phoebe I have just been a big round ball, LOL! So I suppose the waist cm loss is just getting me back to my original shape... When I have lost weight in the past I've lost it easiest from my waist and of course my boobs. Thanks to bfeeding I still have a pretty decent rack going
Berrme: PMSL @ your parents needing to feed you up. Mine are the same - we went there for dinner last night and there was enough food for 8 and there were 4 of us there (plus the kids... who don't actually eat much/anything). Glad you are feeling good, and that's a beautiful weight you're at
Tinsel: Congrats on the "woohoo", mate Good on you.

This week is rough - lots of birthdays and birthday dinners. Have our niece's 18th tomorrow night and... YAY! I fit into a top I bought a few weeks ago that I thought I'd have to return. (It is a pink and black theme, and I found this top with sparkles etc and just bought it without trying it on ) It's a lovely reminder that the weight is coming off, even if it's not as fast as I'd hoped.
Anyhoo, I haven't been the most careful with my eating the last few days, out to breakfast one day, to dinner two nights, plus there's the party to come, and I have done some cooking for it that I stupidly kept sampling as I cooked. What a knob. But hopefully my good behaviour apart from that will help me out for next weigh-in.

Hi guys! Sorry Tinsel - I have added your stats in.
Well I haven't actually been hiding just really busy at work and now we are down to dial-up speed - so painful! I have been sick the last couple of days but slept from 4pm yesterday until this morning and felt a lot better today. So exercise has gone by the wayside a bit this week apart from soccer. But at least my eating has been fine. Expecting a small loss on Saturday as I have lost 1cm from my waist (my horror area). As long as the tummy keeps going I will be happy!
Anyway hope you are all going well. Bye!

Holy abs! I did a weights session with my PT today that focussed on triceps, back and abs. It really hurt! I am going to be sore tonight/ tomorrow, that is for sure.

lol Snacks, thanks. I feel fairly beautiful, I just want to shift the last few kilos that I never seem to get rid of. It would be nice to see what I look like with a slightly smaller bum and thighs. Knowing my luck I will just get an even smaller waist and look like Jessica rabbit. I guess that would be ok, she is pretty hot.

Cherished1, Thanks for your positivity. It must be really hard mentally to be ttc and to have to lose weight after mc's, it is very inspiring that you can be so positive. I hope you are putting the weight back on soon.

Tinsel, great losses, well done!

I weighed myself this morning and the scales said 65.2! down 800g in 2 days? I don't think so... I hate scales! At this rate I will be in the 64's by my next official weigh in on Wednesday.

Hi guys. Just wanted to share that I weighed in this morning and got 66.0kg. Thats a loss of 1.3kg in two weeks (didn't weigh last week) and brings me officially to 3kg this challenge but also that I have reached a major goal of 20kg since I started last xmas. Woo hoo! It was nice to get some new work shorts and fit easily into a size 12. So feeling pretty happy with my weight at the moment. Only 6kg to go until my goal weight.

Woot Krys - well done!!

I weighed in this morning and am 65.9 I haven't weighed in for 2 weeks and wasn't expecting a loss to be honest so I am rapt!! Plus I see a 65 in front of my weight. I can't remember the last time I saw that!! I think I am 2.8kg down for the challenge so far.

Krys - congratulations! That's awesome - 20kg! In less than a year! Well done. And 1.3kg in a fortnight is pretty damn good too
Nai - congratulations to you too for getting to the 65's!

I have had such a norti week, so while my loss this week is minimal, I am stoked that it isn't a gain, LOL!
Weight: 76.1kg (300g loss)
B: 97cm (no change)
W: 89.5 (0.5cm loss)
H: 103.5 (0.5cm loss)
I almost wasn't going to weigh in this week because I was scared of what I'd see... but it's ok. I have already promised myself that I must get out more for walks - I have actually really missed it while being so busy last week. So hopefully I can shift a bit more this week.
