I used to take mine around 6am and no way does it make you drousy, actually the opposite, yyour house will be sparkling lol. It gives you so much energy, make sure you eat. The only reason I would get cranky is because come 4pm I hadnt eaten all day, so my body was kranky.
Eat breaky with your tablet then have lunch.
That sorted me out with my moods
Goodluck mate

Hi ladies,

What does duromine actually do ? Does is surpress your appetite? Do you still eat normal meals ?

Sorry i am clueless - have no idea how this system works.

I'm doing Tony Ferguson and i have been more then happy with the results just trying to lose the last 12kg now which is proving to be a little harder but i will battle on.

Goodluck Harmony and Jess ....hope your both ableto pop those pills on Monday!

Just thought i would let u know i took my first duromine on monday - but being the woss that i am i ended up opening the capsual up and tipping out some of the powder stuff so it wasnt as strong! hehehe - and than i think i gave my self heart palpitations from panicking!
Took it again today and still tipped some of it out!
However still feel normal - not sure if it is working cause of what im doing????
