Default We are looking for a melbourne inner city Doula.
I am new to Australia and expecting my 2nd child in the new year (2009).

We (DH & DS) are living in the inner northern area of Melbourne (brunswick/northcote).

Hi Salsa! Congratulations on your pregnancy!
HEREis a list from the Belly Belly main page with a list of doulas in Melbourne. I would suggest you have a look through and select a few to interview before hiring one. I am calling (very late I know! ) 3 tomorrow to make appointments to meet up in the next week or so, so that we can book one in.

I had to wonderful, fantastic Kelly (Bellybelly) as my doula, for both my kids! She was absolutely fantastic - i cannot rave about her enough.. she changed my birthing experiences more than i can begin to describe... I think what i wrote about her is still on the main page.

Yael - funny you should mention that, but my doula coincidentally sounds VERY similar and I am feeling wonderful about our upcoming VBAC!
