Ebay - what time do you end your auctions?

I sell on ebay everyday but I was just wondering what time people end their auctions or what time you find best to end your auctions. Currently I end my auctions at 7:30pm which works fine and stuff always sell. But I am also considering selling some stuff earlier in the day which will make it easier for me to find the time to list.
My listings are aimed at women.

DH is the household Ebayer - he always ends his around 7:30-8:30pm too.

i like bidding in auctions that end late at night or early morning cause there is less competition in the last mintues :-)
