Default Not drinking during the day, catching up during night

Hi everyone,

My ds is now almost 11 months and lately he's been dropping feeds during the day.
His schedule is now: brekkie, sometimes lunch, dinner and once or twice overnight.
Don't mind that he dropped feeds during the day, he loves solids so no problems there, but.... he won't drink! Not water, not juice not cordial or anything not even EBM.
Any ideas to get him to drink more during the day and less during the night?
Or is this normal?

Thanks!

I am having the same problem. Monique just won't drink much at the dropped feeds. I'm keen to see responses to this one too.

Will he eat watery foods? Watermelon, zucchini, frozen juice that you then mash with a fork?
Does he drink the bathwater or suck the facewasher?

He's probably far too interested in the world to feed during the day - so it may also be worth feeding in a really boring place and also a really really busy place to see if either makes it better.

Hey Kmn,

He will eat watery food, but isn't interested in the bathwater or anything. Yes he is way too busy during the day! I do try and feed him in the same place and he does have a snack now at lunch time, before bed so that's good.
And he slept through the night last night!
I dont mind the feeding, just wish it was more during the day and less during the night!
