| |  Chat room help/troubleshooting thread
If you are having trouble getting into chat, which is HERE please post here, AFTER you have read this thread and tried all of the suggestions posted below. I have a backlog of requests for help and I don't have much free time at the moment with school holidays etc so please give it a go yourself first.
Also if you were able to resolve an issue you had yourself, please post the fix to help others. Thanks ladies and gents! Quote: Troubleshooting
You must have Java installed for this to work for you.
FIRSTLY:
Make sure you have Java installed on your computer.
You can check that you have the latest version and install Java HERE.
If you get the following error:
“Several java virtual machines running in the same process caused an error.”
What you need to do is the following:
In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable addons > Disable “Windows Live Sign-in Helper”
If you have a red ‘x’ where the chat should be
There could be one of two things. The first being that your browser is blocking pop-ups, so hover over the ‘x’ and see if it will give you pop-up options to allow from BellyBelly. Of course you will need to click it and add us to your allowed list. If that doesn’t work or is not the problem, please read THIS fix.
| If nothing is working, then please email me, WITH info of what's happening and what you have tried. Any error messages and what browser you have, IE or Firefox. Some people are finding they have to sign up with IE but can then chat fine with Firefox.

You should see this login box if Java is installed on your computer. See the red text as to where you need to click to sign up an account - please use your forum username when you create a new login.  |

Help- I get the box above and i can type in it etc....but if i try to click on register nothing happens. my java is set up fine, and I have pop up blocker off?
Any suggestions?

Try clicking on it a second time, sometimes it takes 2 clicks... like when you are between pages, you need to click the page first to type on it.

It's had because we all have different computers, set-ups and settings so its a matter of elimination. Its not the software its something on your computers. Its a matter of working that out. I'll have to think.

-- You need to register seperately in the chat program from the forums. It will not recognise you as it doesn't share the same database and have your details.

my verification won't work? i copied and pasted the code it gave me after i clicked on the link above that kelly sent... it worked up until the verification code input!!! ??
When i go back into the "live chat" area and click on it, it still doesnt show me a page where i can sign in or anyting like that.... still the same stuff like troubleshooting etc etc
we have java installed and popups are fine

Has anyone with Vista experienced any problems...? I had no issues at work today, but can't get on at home... Poo... DH is happy though!

Be careful with the verification code that you dont copy a space on the end - sometimes it does that.... so make sure only the numbers/letters are selected.
