| | Crunchy Itti's..
Two of my Itti's have gone 'crunchy' inside and the material on the outside is all puckered up and seems stuck to the inside. They both have become a really bad fit and leak - most likely from the fit. I have tried a strip wash but no improvement. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? They are only about 6 months old and all my other Itti's are fine, so it can't be a washing problem. I have emailed IB but they haven't got back to me yet - so was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had any ideas on what the problem could be..

Delaminating of the PUL?
Its the only thing I can think of if its puckering. I'd ask for a replacement

Contact Itti as it sounds like it could be a fault!

yes I had 2 replaced and the 2 replacements are doing the same thing. The general gist I have got from people is it's from the drier...
Makes no sense though when I dry all 15 of them and only 2 have done it and they are the 2 new ones |

Same happened to a friend and they replaced it no questions asked. Can I ask what colour it was?
TIA

Thanks girls! I still haven't heard back from Itti and they are usually really good so I'll send them another email if they haven't replied by tonight.
Beema - it is my red one and orange one. It's funny because I got told by a friend when I was buying them 'Don't get red - it's dodgy', because the red was the only one she had problems with, but I loved it so I got it anyway. That'll teach me

same thing happened to my purple one, I had only washed it a couple of times. I did contact them and it took a while and also another e-mail to hear back from them. I never bothered pursuing it cause Bella had already outgrown the M's

I had heard problems with the pepermint one...
Maybe give them a call, I know that they have been really busy with the QLD PCB expo on the weekend, might be quicker.

oh this is interesting - the same thing happened to my peppermint AIO and it now seems really small and badly fitting now.... but hasn't happened to any of my snap in ones - were yours AIOs or SIO's?
I had thought about contacting them about it but ive already had a little run in as when i ordered my purple one they sent a red one instead and then when i rang and emailed they didn't get back to me even though i'd paid for express post so i ended up sending an email that said i wasn't happy etc and they rectified the problem, still took a long while though and i'm not sur ei have the energy to pursue them again! shames cause they are fab nappies
