Hi i was wondering if anybody is interested in Joining in with a group of mothers to meet with a personal Trainer once a week starting Tomorrow Thursday 19/3/2009 at Parramatta Park. Sorry for the late notice.
The classes are designed for mum?s who want to increase their fitness, and get their pre pregnant weight back. It is a fun non competitive environment with training at your own pase.
Cost - providing we get 7 people will be $10.00 per person. we have to pay for two sessions up front. the first two weeks are just are trial to see if we want to continue on for a term of four weeks.
Training will be held at Parramatta Park at 11:15am. We are meeting at the lochlans restaurant car park inside the park. The trainer will decide where we will train from there.

There is plenty of shaded areas in the park to park the babies under so come and join in the fun,
