BEC31: I can't wait for my scan either but my clinic has me down for 8 1/2 weeks!! I just want to see that heartbeat. May call and see if they've had any cancellations and try to get in during week 7.
Hi to everyone else, have to go and make dinner as DH cooked last night and it's my turn tonight. Wishing you all a great weekend. |

Azzrenae, hope your appt yesterday gave you some answers about fluid levels and everything is ok. Thinking of you.
Greenslw, pickles and olives... my god, you are in trouble with the cravings aren't you!?! Good that someone at work knows, makes the next one easier and the ones after that even easier to tell.
BDT, poor thing with MS. Hope it goes soon and you're feeling better. I'm with you on the colour matching thing with avvy and ticker.
Jen, glad Glucose test came back all clear. I didn't find the drink too bad either, it was just that it was on an empty stomach which made it hard to keep down. Yay for your 28wk scan next Wednesday. Hope you get a good look at your little boys.
Smithy, hope your MS goes soon too. Hard to cope with everyday things when you're feeling so yuck.
MHB, you're cooking a big one in there! Hope your nursing placement is going well.
Grub, congrats on your blue bundle in the oven. Very exciting to be buying little outfits.
Kelly, congrats on hitting 3rd trimester! You certainly had an eventful day yesterday. Hope you're feeling ok after it all. When I had my glucose test done the nurse was checking on me every 10 minutes or so, I'd say they have a few women who feel unwell after the sugar hit. Yay for bargains at the toy sale!
Miss M, great news you have started to feel movement. Over the next few weeks, you'll be surprised just how much your little one squirms around in there! Christmas is going to be exciting this year with so many of us having new little bubs to share it with.
Murph, for your nappies. It's the little things that get us excited!! We've gone with disposables because I don't think we'll have time to wash nappies in amongst looking after twins and DD. Babydreams, 31becc, Lani. Hope you're all feeling well.
AFM, scan yesterday showed 2 good sized bubs. Both are just under 3kg.. 2 weeks to go! They're looking a little squashed in there. I can't wait to meet them! Starting to get a waddle - it must be really bad for me to feel like I'm waddling!!
Enjoy your Saturday!

kaydee - wow i cant imagine the pressure on your bladder mines bad enough! your doing so well 36 weeks!!!
AFM - my DF's ex who has been giving us trouble through our entire relationship just started up again, she added him on facebook and even his sister to get to him, so i accepted just to sus out whats going on and i read her profile and it turns out her bf lost his job, has no money and she now has a baby and no where to live, obviously she is trying her hardest to squeeze her way back into DF's life to MOOCH!!! like she did the first time! its really stressing me out i told her to leave us alone as we have a happy life and left it at that, the last time about a year ago she gave us this story that she left him with no goodbye because she was actually pregnant to him and didnt think it was fair for him to raise a child at only 19 and then had an abortion without telling him and that she couldnt have kids ever again coz of the botched job and she wanted him to come see the ultrasoun pics bla bla bla and this upset DF so much as we never knew if it was true or not, although it turned out his sperm was DUD! and they were only together 2 months so it seems unlikely to me as it took us 2 years! but we will never know! anyway sorry for the rant! prob the wrong place but im fuming right now!

Hi! I thought I'll jump on the bandwagon here. The bun is almost 12 weeks now. I've just been able to pick up a doppler signal in the last 7 days, a friend gave me her doppler, so now I'm checking bubby's heartbeat every night. We had a hairy time, I was bleeding for 2-3 weeks, and after losing Frosty last cycle at 6 weeks, I've had many sleepless night waiting for the morning to ring the FS to scan me, which he kindly obliged, even on a Sunday morning. For weeks when I didn't have nausea I worried, and microanalysed the panty liner and those damn crinone clumps. Hooray I've come to the end of the 10 weeks of Crinone, and now 2 weeks without progesterone support and bubby is still hanging on.

| | Frosty's Mum So cool But I think I'd do it all day so glad I don't have one. Must be soo great though
OH MHB what a pain in the preverbial. I think facebook has alot to answer for it's so easy to keep in touch and cause trouble. Can DF block her and her sister? I would. Kaydee your waddling! oh so cute. I bet you feel like you're going to pop 2x3kg is is heaps and I bet they are waiting to be away from each other (just a little space anyways) are they Pink and Blue, my brain is mush and I know I should remember but dont. MissMagpie I did take on your slow down vibe. I do need to say no more. Hopefully when my boss knows I can do this with less guilt. With my teaching job which is casual I'm waiting for my term 4 hours before I say anything. Hide that bump. for movement that is so cool. Murph, Funny I was going to buy those nappies too until I babysat my nephews and held a baby with one on. I'm not sure, they do get a little soggy. Maybe a mix is best for me.
ATM just finished DSS's homework with him Yayaya last night I rolled over and it was uncomfortable to sleep on my stomach. I really have a mass now.
I'm in the Second Trimester.

Hi and welcome Frosty's Mum. Congratulations on your 12 weeks. Coming off progesterone support is a scary step but so glad your little Frosty is here to stay! Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy.
Greenslw, we didn't find out the sexes. Who knows??? Today a complete stranger told me I was carrying a boy. When I told her I was having twins, she says it's got to be 2 boys then. We'll know soon enough. Yay for you for 14 weeks! Bit of a bummer having to spend your weekend doing homework though! Hoping it helps DSS when he hands in his homework.
AFM, this week we're working our way towards an ob appt on Wednesday. Everything is ready to go for these little ones but it's becoming so real I'm starting to think about all the loose ends I wanted to have tied up before they arrive. 1 week, 5 days to go!

Hi all sorry no personals you take a few days off and it is impossible to catch up. Had a terrible week back at work one to forget, but at least my boss was very supportive. Please remember when these bundles of joy get to school that teachers are poeple not emotional punching bags. Still feeling sick and beginning to get uncomfortable think i will need to look at maternity pants this week my jeans are getting uncomfortable now.
Hope everyone has a good week. Off for more bloods tomorrow.

Hi ladies,
Hope that you all had a nice weekend. We are building a new house and just came back from seeing the gyprock being put up, lots to look forward too
Saph204: Yes teaching can be a rewarding job but sometimes it can seem that you're the punching bag and the easy one to blame. Hang in there. Good luck with the bloods.
Kaydee: How exciting, not long now and you'll know if b1 and b2 are either boys, girls or one of each. Isn't it funny how complete strangers come up to you to give their opinions when they see your belly
Greenslw: Hope you got some to rest on the weekend. I'm sure DSS appreciated your help. Best of luck with the chat to the principal on Tues.
Frosty'smum> A big welcome, those 1st couple of months are the toughest. Yeah for reaching your second trimester.
AFM: Well no scan until week 8 1/2 so will just to wait and see if there are one or two bubs on board. Taking it one day at a time.
Have a nice week ladies

Hi everyone, just a quick one from me while I am procrastinating at work. I am feeling 100% better, I worked out the multi vitamins I have been taking have been making my morning sickness worse, so since stopping on Saturday (still taking my folate of course) my nausea has been reduced by about half, thank God. So am feeling really good and now just waiting for the 12 week scan.
Babydreams, GL for your 8.5 week scan, how exciting.
Saph, are you just getting bloods to check your levels? Hope all is well.
Kaydee, yay, not long to go now, can't wait for your news.
Greenslw, congrats on second trimester, well done.
Frosty's mum, welcome and congrates on 12 weeks.
MHB, hope things get worked out with your DH's ex, take care of yourself and don't get too stressed out.
Murph, those nappies sound divine!
MissMagpie, yay for movement, how exciting.
KellyD, what dramas with your GD test, glad to hear it all ended well.
Smithy, hope you are taking care of your self my loverly.
Grub, woohoo, the biggest congrats on a boy!
Hi to everyone else, xx

Welcome Frosty's Mum (love the name). There are a few of us in here who have frosty bubs on board. Good to see that you have made it to 12 weeks and yay for no more progesterone support. Hopefully the next 2 trimesters are good to you.
AFM: Well I am absolutely exhausted today. I woke up during the night dreaming I was in labour. No not in labour but suffering from severe indigestion and the pain was so uncomfortable, didn't help that baby was also kicking up a storm at the time as well.... I ended up having to sleep upright which is not the most comfortable so I am feeling horrid today. Fingers crossed that tonight is a bit better.....

| | Kaydee, well I guess I have my dibs on 1 of each then but happy and healthy is the way to go. I hope DSS gets a good grade too or I'll feel bad. Oh my less than two weeks now. Goodluck on all the loose ends Saph, how cool I loved and hated tight jeans. But it's all moving in the righ direction. BabyDreams when is 8.5 weeks for you? I loved my scan at 8 weeks, made the doctor surch for more than one due to how sick I felt but only one. What do you hope for? Baby Dreamtime Love the new ticker. Glad you're off the multi's for now my SIL had the same issue. I'm on Elivite and have been ok but Blackmores was a no no KellyD that's awful I haven't slept upright since I passed out at 15 I felt like I'd been run over. Do you work still? if so I hope today wasn't too bad for you.
Hope Everyone else is having a great day
ATM feeling really fat today. Went to the waxer and she said she could feel how tight my belly was. I was a bit happy and a little scared at the fact it's only going to get bigger. She told me about her friend 5kg baby. OMG. Think small baby thoughts. Although I was 10lb and so was my brother. Oh well it's a while off. Tomorrow is D day I'm seeing my Manager and I'm growing confidence, it's time. Wish me luck.

Hello all, KellyD, just a quick one for you. I'm hearing you sista! Ahh, I have been crook, crook, crook! What I missed in MS I am making up for in horrid heartburn / indigestion. I feel like I am full of bile. and I know about the sleeping sitting up. I did it all night last night, and on and off for the past week. I wake all night with what feels like bile creeping up my oesophagus and through the day am bringing up spewy yuck (hot swallows that burn my throat, so foul). Saw my GP last week and it will only get worse but it is good for the baby . I'm asking everyone I know for every wives tale and googling when I can sit still for five minutes. It's been getting progressively worse and now the day we are going camping for the rest of the week, I just feel wasted. Nothing is really working except for freezing cold milk sometimes.
I will catch up with you all when I get back but good luck with all your scans and milestones for this week. Sarah, good luck telling your boss. Hope it's a great outcome.
I'm going camping straight from after uni today to try our new roof top tent...taking the dogs and Andy and we're outta here....Yahooooooo!!!! Seeya soon,
Ange xox

Hello lovely pregnant ladies. I have been MIA with lots of dramas, so I just wanted to pop in and let you know that i have been thinking about you all but not able to get in here very often.
I have been flat out with weddings, my 40th this past weekend, and then an admission to the delivery suite yesterday with minor bleeding. Everything is fine, but I have some sort of polyp on my cervix which was causing the bleeding, and they want to look at that further - so i will have a colposcopy and biopsy soon. Little baby is fine, and the bonus is i got to see him on ultrsound!
Also, my back pain got resolved - i found out that my pelvis was tilted and the phsyio manipulated it back into place adn Voila! No pain. Got to b happy about that.
Sorry about the me post, i hope everyone is well.
