Thanks belfie & Trish  I tell you what When I was pg for those 12 weeks (lost fetus at 8 weeks but only had D&C at 12 weeks) I put on 5 kg's and since the D&C instead of loosing those 5kg I've put on 'another' 2kg  So now I need to loose 12kg all up!!! Not that I will try too hard to loose weight while pg of course but with exercising and eating well I am bound to loose at lease a couple... The OB tells me that is perfectly ok. Thanks again!

LizJessie my beautiful Oct Belly Buddy thanks so much for not forgetting me and making me feel welcome and cared about...
