Default Glide to Ride Bikes?

Has anyone seen or have one of the new Glide To Ride bikes by Hasbro? Was wanting any feedback on them?

Alex is a VERY tall boy for his age (same height as most of his sisters 4 year old kindy classmates) and he is just way too tall for all those small push along toys that sit low to the ground even tho he loves them. He is also to "small" age wise to pedal - he has a trike but he it is quite "heavy" to push with his feet and he just cant figure out how to pedal. So we need an alternative that he can push with his feet that isnt so low to the ground that his knees keep scraping the floor.

Was thinking that this may be the answer and was wondering what others thought of them?

TIA

I really like the idea of them. We are yet to sit DS on one yet and see how he goes. I like that there's no need for training wheels, and the progression from glide to ride makes sense to me.

I've known kids to do this with their normal bikes too and never have training wheels, so if you can get the pedals out the way, all the better I say. hehe.
