Roast chicken, pumpkin, potato, carrots, zucchini with steamed peas, corn, and capsicum and gravy. Might even tackle a choc self saucing pudding for dessert with ice cream!

Tonight I made shepherd's pie with a potato/parsnip topping and chocolate creamed rice for dessert. DD has a very large, hard tummy from enjoying so much ricecream
Tomorrow I think I'll just do a tuna mornay... easy, cheap and yum.

Some sort of fish (I think it might be bream or red emperor, but really can't remember what I bought - it looks good though), pan fried in a sage and pinenut butter, with steamed zucchini, baby beans and snow peas, and big fat wedges.
For dessert we're sharing a mini citron tart and a chocolate truffle tart from the local patisserie. Probably won't have room for the chocolates we were sent which are from the Chocolate Mill in Daylesford, which makes amongst the best handmade chocolates I have ever tasted. Maybe for breakfast. |

Boring old Spag Bog here, but I've got a beautiful beef curry in the slow cooker that smells delicious, that's for tomorrow night!

bangers and mash - DH doesn't like sausages so when he's away we eat them.

We had chicken, green vegie and udon noodle ginger / honey / soy stir fry, DS had it for lunch (I made a big batch for him and froze most of it) so he had cheesy mushroom & sage scrambled eggs with vegie muffins and vanilla poached pears and kiwi fruit for dessert with a few bits of our chicken because he kept eyeing them ravenously. I think he did better than we did LOL.

MMM me loves upside down pineapple cake! I haven't made one for a couple of years as DH doesnt eat it and I would eat the whole thing in a couple of days.
We had fish and chips from the shop. It was good but now I'm feeling guilty. I have thawed chicken/veg patties in the frige which I'd better use tomorrow night now.
