What do you serve for Christmas lunch?

Having a bit of a blank moment and not sure what to cook!

Our main was roast chook with really fancy stuffing, potato salad, tomato salad. We celebrated with my family on the 20th as they are going away. HTH

My family is danish (on my mum's side), so we always, always have a roast pork with plenty of crackling, pickled red cabbage, gravy, caramel potatoes, and lots of vegies. For dessert we have a cold, sweet, rice pudding (really yummy).

That's what I've always had, but everyone seems to do different things - it's just a matter of choosing something.
