Kate - Sounds like you had a great pregnancy and labour. Amelia definitely is meant to be here.

Fluff - Poor Jack, hope the anitbiotics kick in soon and Jack gets better quickly.

HJ - B would look very cute with hair clips in, but yeah I'd be worried about her choking, if she is anything like Lara and puts anything and everything in her mouth.

hj..... Jack has had a cold for quite a while...Dr wanted to get rid of it and just be cautious..as we had been to Melbourne (oink oink) but in all serious-ness...he gets sniffly when a tooth comes through...his 4th tooth is through now (finally!!) and his cold seems to be easing abit...i am letting the anti-biotics run their course though and finishing them..
As for panadol i don't give panadol due to the fact it will make my cloth nappies go grey!!! and bubs livers aren't actually ready to be taking panadol and it takes ages for them to get panadol out of their system...they seem to be able to deal with Nurofen alot better...although still NOT good for their under-developed livers...

Leigh - oh no sorry i forgot about that! but u do know anything is possible right? Mary had a baby! hahahaha

Fluff - see i was told that nurofen was worse for them - too strong on their lil stomachs!!!
so i dont use that - dont like to use the panadol either!
How is Jack going?
and how does panadol make the nappies grey??????

Didi - can i come with u??? maybe u will have the next bub - canada is cold and all that snuggling up may lead to something!!! hehehehe

B is really driving me nuts with how clingy she is - she just wont leave me alone - has to be all over me all the time and i have to be within very close eye site of her -if im not in the same room with her she just screams and screams and screams - makes it sooo hard to get stuff done - when will she ever get over that?

Our paed who works at Westmead childrens hospital (one of the head paeds) is the one who told us about the Nurofen and the childrens hospital give Nurofen 99% of the time when children are in emergency/admitted.
Panadol has 'sorbitol' in it and when it comes out in bubs urine..it can stain the nappies grey....which then takes FOREVER to sun out...

Hi All, and you have even started a new thread.

Sorry re the peronals too, I just dont have it in me today. I was admitted into hospital on Monday after having some nausea on my way to take my DD2 to have a mouth swab done at a pathology near us, well just felt so sick thought there was no way I would make it so had decided to turn off the main road and into the street that was just a corner away from my DD1 school so that I could rest for 30min before going in to get her, and if I had to be sick I would just poke my head out the door. Well as I was approaching this round about turning into the street of DD's school and just after turning out of the main rd, my eyes decided to play up, they were making everything go black. I finally got around the roundabout and went to duck into the next spot on the side of the rd I could pull the car over into and honestly trying to think of what happened next apart from clipping the car in front and everything going black for a little bit. A few of the parents that had saw what happened came racing over to see if I was alright and to check on the kids even tho no damage to my car and apparantly very little if any to the other car. They called the ambulance and also the police had come too, which I was unable to get out of the car until the ambulance came to make sure all was ok before taking me into the ambulance. Hands and feet had gone all numb and heavy after the blackout apparantly blood pressure had went low too.
I ended up being monitored in emergency for 24hrs, had etgs, brain scan, chest xrays etc then I was sent upto CCU for the next 24hrs and was home last night. Still no reason for passing out, they had decided viral infection. Anyway now the police are deciding to fine me or not. So atm not sure what is going to happen there.
Anyway now abit nervous about driving anywhere.

I hope you are all well. hugs

Thanks HJ & leigh, I still havent heard anything from them however I spoke to the lady whose car I run up the back of, and she said there is no damage to her car and that she wasnt going to claim anything. She also said that she had been so worried about me and had even called the police up to ask how I was. Sooo nice of her.
On a brighter note V has her second bottom tooth out and one of her top teeth just about out. Her other top tooth is getting there as well.

Congrats Didi, well done on the weight loss. Well done Jorda standing on her own. V doesnt want to stand at all. She just prefers everyone to pick her up and carry her everywhere.

HJ - Still not all that well, was going to walk down to the Dr's yesterday but just couldnt budge as well it was raining. So will try and walk down to the Dr's today. Not confident in driving yet. Fingers crossed no rain today. B will get a tooth soon, and they will be nice sharp little buggers too.
