Jocelyn is passionate about natural health care and especially how ‘food as medicine’ impacts on our health. She has four children of her own and has a wealth of experience with different aspects of family life.

Specifically she can help with:

  • Infertility (she practices Francesca Naish’s natural fertility management),
  • Pre-conception care, (to help both partners be as healthy as possible before conceiving – advice on your pre conception diet to ensure you are nutritionally tip top ie adequate levels of folate, omega 3’s, as well as hormonally balanced ready to conceive)
  • Pregnancy (advice on healthy eating during pregnancy to supply the growing foetus with the right nutrition, nutritional supplements, homeopathic or herbs to help during birth )
  • Problems encountered during pregnancy (Morning sickness, heartburn, stretch marks, pre-eclampsia etc),
  • Breastfeeding (Helping to increase milk supply, mastitis),
  • Post natal depression and recovery after birth
  • Infant care, including whether to vaccinate or not and how to protect your baby during vaccinations, colic, early foods, best formulas, nappy rash, cradle cap, croup, conjunctivitis, ear infections, constant coughs and colds, constipation/ diarrhoea, eczema/ allergies, if your baby is not thriving.

Jocelyn uses dietary advice and nutritionals, herbs (in teas, tablet or liquid form) and homeopathics.

Homeopathy is ideal for women in their childbearing years as it is a gentle yet highly effective system of medicine. Homeopathic medicines are safe for your growing baby because only a minute amount of the active ingredient is used in their preparation. They work by stimulating the body’s own healing powers. They are also extremely easy to give to babies and infants.

When your infant has a common problem please feel you can drop in whether it is for advice on the best nappy rash cream, a teething mix etc. No need for a long appointment!
