Credit Card Security

All credit card payments are processed securely using 128Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. 128Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is the highest level of security available to process transactions over the internet. SSL is the security method used to transmit sensitive information like credit card numbers and online banking data over the Internet. This means that the information you send to the payment server is encrypted before it is sent and checked on arrival. No-one can read, divert or alter any of your information on its way to our server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Returns and Refunds

BellyBelly will refund the cost of goods sold if a product is received and found to be faulty. We thoroughly check all items before posting including CD’s and DVD’s for scratches or other faults. We do not offer a refund if you change your mind or if a product is not faulty, however we will offer an exchange to the value of the goods sold, less postage costs. If you post something back it must be unopened and in perfect working order. Your replacement order will incur the standard delivery fee.

Delivery

Delivery of most in stock items Australia wide is around 7 days, less for Melbourne, and may be longer for country areas. We currently use Australia Post which can deliver to post office boxes or at home. Courier deliveries are for home/business only as a signature will be required so you need to be present to accept delivery.

Currency & Overseas Orders

All orders are in Australian dollars only. While we currently do not have the option for overseas orders we may be able to help you with a custom order – please contact us as per above.
