I think Lydia is a beautiful name, I like all of the girls names but Scarlett (nice enough but too many of them and a bit faddish maybe). Like the boys names but I would name them the full name and just use the nickname especially for Billy. Good luck :)

The mother-in-law is called Yvonne. I called her Vonnie for short and it stuck in my memory as a great name

Bronwyn- IMO I think its a little mature for a sweet little baby girl iykwim
Coral- same as Bronwyn
Eve- Love it

Ok that's freaky, my BF & i are down to three names ourselves which are.. Violet, Scarlet & Ivy! How freaky is that! Haha. So i think you should go with one of those three, only because i am. Haha.
What about Ivy Scarlet, that's a nice name!

I LOVE IVY!!! I would have Ivy if it didn't sound so silly with the surname which also ends in a 'y' sound
