I think Matisse would be great, like a lot of names you would initially think of the obvious connection but once you got to know sweet little Matisse she would totally own the name!
Other than that, my girls names sound like they fit in with the flow and rhythm of your other names (well I think so??) - Alannah and Camille.
Thank you so much for all of the beautiful suggestions, there are lots of gorgeous names there! I'm so glad that you all like Matisse too, I haven't talked names with too many people but the one person I mentioned Matisse to screwed up her nose. I should have known better, and stuck to asking you lovely ladies!
I thought picking a girls name was going to be easy, I think it's even harder than boys now that we're actually getting close. It took 4 days to name Ollie so I guess no one will be expecting a name straight away lol.
Charli and Lexie were other names that we thought about. I still haven't found the one name that I just adore, but we have around 6 weeks. Maybe when baby is born a name will just suit her, and then of course I'll adore it. Well, I hope we have 6 weeks, I'm struggling lately, baby is really low, Ollie didn't get this low until I was 12 days overdue!
Matisse is gorgeous :)
The names I've got on my girls list (that haven't been mentioned) are Ivy; Sage; Claire.
GL deciding :)

Well, we're still no closer to deciding.
ds (2.5 years) has decided he wants to call her Bianca. I have no idea where he came up with it, but it sounds so cute the way he says it. I wouldn't have considered it before but now we're seriously thinking about it. I'd love to know where he heard it.
I just wish I could find "the" name.
What do you think of when you hear Bianca? Any other names, normal ish, but not too popular that you can throw in to the mix?
Thanks again for the help!

Our beautiful baby girl arrived on Friday night, 9th of March.
She still has no name!
DH is telling everyone it's Matisse and I just don't think it suits her, and the more he tells people the more I don't want to use it. DS is calling her Bianca. I'm too emotional to make a decision now, it's making me sad that she still doesn't have a name.
Back to the book...
Congratulations on the birth of your precious daughter. Don't feel rushed or pressured to come up with a name. Enjoy your newborn snuggles and getting to know your little one.
FWIW, it took us 6 days to name our second child, and 4 days to name our fourth child.
Congratulations!! Good luck in finding the name that is just right for your little girl xo
I personally don't like Matisse (it's not horrible, just not in my taste). We're struggling for girls names too! My favourites are:

Kaya
Claire

Just an idea... I know you said you like Charli, a friend of mine called her daughter Charlize (pronounced Sharleeze..as in the actress) and they call her Charli?

xoxo
Thanks!!! I am truly in love already, she is absolutely perfect.
Thanks for all of the new suggestions. There are lots of names that I like but DH isn't budging on Matisse. We might have a compromise though, he said he does like Bianca too so we might have a little Bianca Matisse. I'll test out calling her Bianca tonight and see how it fits :)
I do think Bianca Matisse sounds pretty :)
