I love Annabelle! Will be thinking of that name if I were to have another girl.

We combined our mums names for DD1's middle name which is Julianne.

I named my DD's middle name after my best friend " ANN " ...

I too wanted something different to Ann as like you i wasn't a fan of the name Ann/Anne ... so, i gave her the middle name " ARIANE " (though pronounced sounding like ARN on the end) ... everyone that 1st heard it was my DD's middle name guessed straight away it was from naming her after my best friend of 30years :dance:

Ariane can also be spelt ARIANNE (two N's) ... it's French, ... meaning is HOLY ;)

My friend Ann absolutely LOVED IT :D
