I love Griffin but I fear it's becoming pretty popular and may not suit you if you're into different names.

My DS2 is Caelan (pronounced Kay-lan). There are very few of them around, though it seems to be becoming a little more known these days, not popular though!
A few other names I have heard around lately,
Linus
Owen
Asher
Leander
Oakley
Neo
I like Griffin the best from your list too.
Suggestions:
Taj
Dusk (always loved that as a name, but never had the guts to use it haha!)
Ryker
Kirran
Curtis
Darius
Lucius
Pierce
Kirby
Brennan
Gordon
Elliott
Zeke
Gage
Frederick (Freddie is SO cute)
Carson
Walter
Roderick
Brogan
Keelan
Draco
Lyall
Leander
Corwin (means Raven in Latin)
Horatio
Jethro
I like Faolon from your list.
Linus is really cool.
What about Roran?
my sons middle name is Vaughn which I wish I had kept for a first name now we're having another boy! I also like Linus but from your list Griffin is my fav.
I think Tyr and Faolen are both great names, though an alternative spelling for Faolen might avoid a lot of misspelling and misunderstanding.
I also liked the suggestion of Kaelin. I'm a bit over Griffin, because ever since Party of five came out my sister's been telling me that's what she's naming her son.
Suggesting:
Cale/Kail
Rohan
Rowan
Some great suggestions here. :)
Re Griffin and Raven - makes me think Griffindor and Ravanclaw, so not sure about those.
Arlo is a really nice name I think.
Dorian
Orion
Atticus
Sagen
Thank you all :) am really struggling to maintain any interest when looking at names at the moment, which sucks being 30 weeks pregnant.
There are some great suggestions here and I appreciate it.
Things I steer away from are unisex names (hence being sure I won't be using Raven) and names that are similar to the names of my children.
I will be back soon I hope with renewed enthusiasm :)
i know how you feel and i was so over searching baby names with my last pregnancy it really did my head in!
ds1 is Nixon Milton so both end in "ON" but we very rarely use both of his names so in regards to worrying how Griffin sounds with the middle name if its not a name you will use much does it matter a while heap? (to us the name Milton was more important than how it sounded because we wanted a family name incorporated in his name)
I like Griffin, ds1 went to preschool with a Griffin and although i have heard the name tossed around a bit more i still only know of the one Griffin.
Kaelan was also on our list we liked Kale but didnt sound right with our surname but Kaelan did.
i see Divvy already suggested it :) and ofcourse i am biased but ds3 name is Ryker and i love it. we only decided on it 2 days before he was born. We get lots of lovely comments on his name and surprisingly mostly from older people!!
Kyan and Kade i also like but a little more popular now.
i think Tyr would be forever getting Ty instead of Teer? ds2 is Tyron and he gets Ty for short.
good luck its tough when a name doesnt just come to you but Ryker took time for us to love it was on our list for 3-4 months but wasnt at the top of the list, now i couldnt imagine using any other name for him
What about Storm? I thought it was a boys name but looked it up and it may also be a girls name :(
I worked with a girl whose named was spelt Staum, as in Storm.
I only associate it with boys. Such a cool name!
i know a 6yr old girl called Storm so associate it with a girls name at first
