Thankyou for all your opinions everyone ,much appreciated:) I had to laugh at the C Hook ,read as chook reference :D Thankfully our last name is pronounced Hook but it isn't spelt that way ,i just spell it like that on line for security reasons . I'm still not entirely sure about it although i do like it, i guess we'll just have to wait & see what our little boy looks like when he comes out:)
I like it for a girl. I think it has a feminine ring to it. I think the "ee" sound at the end makes it that way for me. I never liked any name that ended in an "ee" sound when I was picking boys names for my 2 kids. That's just me though.
I think of it as a girls names and I dont really think it goes with your other boys names. I like thomas
I've seen it either way - taught a female casey and friends have a boy Casey. suits both with that name
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk so sorry if I'm confusing you ;)
Whilst it would never be on my list I think Casey is a fine name for a boy or girl. I have a girl friend called Casey and she is lovely so maybe I am a bit prejudiced.
Yes i've only ever met girls called casey & i had a female cat called casey lol but it was spelled with a k .One of the things that bothered me about it was casey anthony .I know a lot of Australians probably don't know who she is but she is an American woman who murdered her daughter(she was found not guilty but most ppl including my self don't believe that) It's probably a bit petty to let that influence me i suppose but it's there all the same.I'm trying to like it more because my DH does but personally i like Thomas better:)
