I like Kenzie for a boy. DH didn't though.
I think GIRL... Have met many Girl Mackenzie's, never a boy, although I do have a male friend with the surname Mackenzie!
But if you love it, use it! There are no rules! And next time someone asks this question, we can all say, we know of a little boy named Mackenzie :)
