It's funny because I lent my ergo to a very tall and slightly large friend who couldn't use it at all. Her baby looked like he was being completely squashed when she tried, the poor thing.
I'm only 5'4 and rather slim, but I found it a perfect fit with my first son, but i never used it with him as a newborn and now I just can't get it working with my 2 week old.
