dd is 8 months now and today she has a runny nose and sounds a bit congested, can i give her panadol? no sure if she has a cold, but i checked her temp and its 37.1 so its normal and she seems fine.....

If she doesn't have a temperature then current advice is not to give her panadol. If she is congested some eucalyptus oil on a cloth in her room, or in warm water in a bowl under her cot, will help clear her tubes.

if you are still bfing a few drops of breastmilk up the nose is the best thing
