Bumbo seats??? whats up with that?

It must depend on your state because Big W here in Qld (well, my local one anyway) still stock them.

I got mine from an ebay store (brand new in box) for $84 including the playtray which usually sells for almost $20! It was a bargain... I was originally going to buy a second hand one but when reviewing I found a few threads where people had bought second hand and coudn't remove the smell of smoke from the foam rubber! eeeew! So I got mine new.... bubby was 12 weeks when we put her in it and she loooooves it!:clap:

thanks for that tip, my postal delivery person smokes and it drives me bonkers, good advice as ya never really know if they are a smoker hey :)

We have a first years seat that attaches to a dining chair. It has a tray & reclines. You can get them for around $30-40 from Target & maybe Big W or Kmart

Yeah, the idea of a smokey smelling one gave me the gooberlies! ack! And now I have got it I can see how it would absorb the smell... I got mine from an ebay store called 'themouthofbabes' and I would recommend this seller, it was from vic. and arrived at my place (mid north coast) nsw in 2 days!!! Excellent!

Also, I can't imagine them growing out of them too quick as my 10yo daughter and 12yo son muck around and sit in it! My 10yo says it's vair, vair comfy indeed! It seems to support bubby exactly where my arms do when I hold her upright!
