I had same prob in newborn size. I had a whole new box left too, but I took them to local Woolies and they let me exchange them for the next size up :) They are a bit big around his waist but I just cross the tabs over a bit for a snugger fit ... oh and they are a bit like "harry high pants" too...lol... but THEY WORK!
