Oooh geeez Renstar - I have that book and gave it to a friend recently :doh: Soup is something elsre sje loves - just a stack of every vegie in the house with a bit of stock! Thanks for the reassurance all - my hormones are ridiculous right now. I think I will do a big cook up next week and freeze her some stuff I know she loves. :)
We have a very easy muffin recipe that Zander loves & we have some in the freezer most of the time....
Put a tin of creamed corn in a bowl, fill the tin with SR flour & add that to the bowl, fill the tin with grated cheese & add that. Mix it together & there you have it. Easy as! You can add to it easily too - we've done diced bacon/ham, red capsicum, zucchini..... It's really easy & she's sure to love them if she's a cheese fan.
Tan - those vegetable cakes would be a hit i reckon!! (like AJP said!)
