I'd love to give you a magic answer babe, but it seems that at that age they all seem to go a bit haywire.
My little guy didn't have reflux but he didn't go to bed properly until after 11-12 until well after 6months old. We've had the same routine forever, but that was his little body clock. It did get better and we just adjusted around him.

I'd say the morning routine is your fix. If you guys are in bed from 6-10:30, then she's made that part of her night time. So her "night" sleeping block is midnight to 10:30. To fix it, wake her earlier, half an hour at a time. So the first day you'll wake her at 10am, then put her to bed at 11;30. Next day, up at 9;30, bed at 11. Keep going until you get to a night time block that suits you.

I think she is just like this!! Cause she's now 11 weeks old and still wont sleep after 5pm ish until around 11pm.

you typing one handed to Bex? lol must be something in the air up here. my little miss is now exactly the same lol shes 6 weeks

I'd start the morning different, I.e earlier, that should adjust the whole day?

She has her first feed at like 5am, sometimes not until 6:30-7am.. Then goes back down for an hour or so then we are up... I dont really want to make that earlier!!
She will then be awake 1.5hrs, have a nap, wake up, awake for 1.5hrs back down for another nap and thats it until 11pm.

Ah sorry was going off what the previous posts said.
In that case maybe try stretching Her awake time to 2hrs? Even if you start with it being one awake time a day, then after a week or so do 2 x?

I could try that... I am just scared of her getting overtired! When i put her down at 1.5hrs she puts herself to sleep pretty quickly so if i stretch it to 2hrs she should still be ok right?
Sent from my iPhone so sorry for the spelling and punctuation!!
