DS goes a couple of months between proper washes, but it gets a straight water wash every couple of nights in the bath/shower. It never looks greasy so I don't bother with the trauma of shampoo.
I rinse DD's hair with water every night. I think I have washed her hair with shampoo 3-4 times in her 15 months, if she has rubbed something in there that won't come out with water.

DD about once a fortnight or if she has food in it. DS only if he has vomited in it

We have to wash DD1 hair daily, only because it's really thick & gets very knotty by the end of the day.
We wash DD2 hair once a fortnight, she has really fine hair & could go a month without washing it & it would still look good.

I was DD's hair everytime she has a bath which is daily or every second day. I wash it with a bit of QV wash and water.

I wash both kids hair after swimming on a Friday and DD11 occasionally has another hair wash in between. When they're not doing swimming I would probably only put shampoo in DS's hair once a fortnight if that, but still wash DD1 hair a couple of times a week as she has really thick hair nad it helps with the tangles.

once a week (but that is only bc all of a sudden DS1 loves it) and if it needs it in b/n... ie paint or food or something in there
