Miss Excited.... literally from day 1 our DS could unwrap himself. I tried EVERYTHING... so i stopped wrapping and his sleep went bad bad bad. So we've gone back to wrapping him from about 3 months (stopped around 6 wks)... even though he's been able to roll for months and gets out the SECOND i put him in the cot (whether or asleep or not) he likes it.
hes now 7 months and even though he gets out in seconds, he needs wrapping. it's a sign of sleep time.
So weird cos he pushes his arms out literally as i put him in his cot. I wrap him in a cot sheet. he sleeps on his side, back and tummy - he's a full blown wriggler and never had any probs of tangling etc.
but all babies are diff. i'm of the opinion if it means an hour more sleep ... i'm going to keep doing it. he likes it - i like sleep :)
