i agree with Olive. i took DD2 to an Osteo and it took a good 3-4 sessions to see a "noticiable" improvement.
ETA: - I know exactly how you're feeling hun. DD2 was......horrible (I feel terrible for saying that, but she truly was :( ). I used to dread the daylight hours because I knew what was in store for me, she just would. not. stop. crying.....PM me if you need to talk. :hug:
It can take a few sessions thinking when you have had a massage or treatment with physio you don't see effects right away there are aches as you body adjusts its the same for babies. We had to go about 4 times.

Just exhausted from no sleep and 3 other demanding children.
Will give it about 4 sessions and if no improvement will try a different path.
