I went to a local 'sleep school' and they gave me some fantastic settling techniques. It did involve some crying, but it definitely worked for me. I hope you can find something that works xx

Our son was the same at bedtime, we found that we were putting him to bed too early. We now look for signs of tiredness rather than trying to keep to a bet time. After a while we found that he was tired around the same time each night & bed time got easier. We also bed share, feed to sleep...all the 'bad habits' but its what works for us.
I hope you get more time to yourself soon.
She's finally starting to get a bit better I still have to rock her to sleep but it only takes half hour and she's starting to stay asleep more often and sleeping until 4 or 6am more often unless she's teething
Next goal is to get her to go to sleep in her cot during day instead of rocker
