you HALVED your bill Clover? fantastic?
did you have an Energy Audit and make some changes? I'm about to find out, hopefully, if i can get an energy audit done for where i live. Last time i asked, i was ineligible, being a renter, but i was told today, that has changed, so will try again.
i use the timer on the A/c and the heaters. THe tower heaters are not cheap to run, so at least if i know it's on the timer, it can't be "left on" and once a small room has been heated up, it's pretty good. so don't need it on for a long time. the a/c doesn't do that, once it's been on for an hour, and then gets switched off, doesn't take long for room to feel hot again.

No, didn't know about the audits. (Though our BINS are being audited this month sometime )
I think having a lap top, using my oven less, making sure lights aren't left on must've helped.
We have a new 42inch LED/LCD tv. Up graded from a 50cm old style & my dryer died. Thats the only real difference I can think of.
I know the dryer would've made a massive difference, but I guess lights, TV, etc use a lot more than I thought. I knew it wasn't good to leave lights on etc, but always shrugged it off, thinking they don't use a HUGE amount. Maybe they do?
