Question research on benefits of experienced, known caregiver??

i am writing a letter about the closure of a 'know your midwife' program and am looking for a summary of the benefits of birthing with an experienced caregiver known to the woman.

    thanks

Awesome! If only my in-laws believed in evidence, aside from the anecdotal type from their own family
