Thanks so much guys. On cloud 9, minus some ouchy after pains.

I pushed for an hour and 40 minutes with Isla...this time second stage was a cruisy 8 minutes. I had a LOT of back pain, had the water injections (most painful thing I've felt in my life!! Only time I yelled!) and got almost instant relief in my back. My body was able to de-tense and let go more after that, and my waters broke pretty much straight after the shots. Two overwhelming urges to push and she was out, floating around :) Once again, no tears or grazes. Yay! Not too much blessing after either, wast sick feeling like with Isla. I even had a surprisingly delicious placenta smoothy after, just for my own peace of mind. Berries, yogurt and placenta. Surprisingly tasty :rofl:

No, they came in a few times in the beginning but Isla was pretty disinterested. When I was pushing I started to make more noise, and mum said Isla was saying 'Mumma!' And gesturing to the bedroom door every time I made a noise :) Then she came in with mum a few minutes after Amey was born to meet. So relaxed and uncomplicated. I seriously can't believe I just had a baby in my loungeroom!

Crying now. Just so you know :D
