TraceyTribe, i don't know you from Adam, i had no idea you were about to have your baby, but i can't read the title of this post and not respond to your pain.

my god, every pregnant woman's worst nightmare

so unfair

you nurtured your darling for nine months, and now this

i'm glad you got to hold her, bathe her, love her even if only for 42 hours

hard to imagine how anyone could get over such a thing happening.

i am SO SORRY to hear of your news.

absolutely heart breaking to hear, i bet heart breaking to bear for you.

if you are not on the computer, cos you are too upset, cos you don't want to be on a site where everyone is talking about babies, i'm sure everyone will understand

you need to grieve and get thru this - somehow - in whatever way you can

we all know that freaky, rare occurences of medical phenomena have to happen to SOMEONE< but why did it have to be you? get angry, scream, do whatever you need to do.

from one stranger to another, my god woman, i am SO SORRY you have had to go thru this ordeal

i know you will always love and miss your darling baby girl.

Thank you ladies for all you kind words, I have the funeral tomorrow and this is a really tough time for me, don't know how I will get through it.
I will treasure all your words.
I have chosen a poem for Milana, was going to use it at the funeral tomorrow, but can't even read it without crying, thought I would share it with you.

The Butterfly
They had her there, resting on the palm of their hands for a while.
She was all they ever wanted.
Sometimes her wings were closed.
Motionless.

At other times, in their dreams, she spread her wings open in the bright sunshine,
displaying her colourful patterns.
They truly loved her.
She knew that.

They told her she was special and beautiful, they saw the beauty.
They appreciated her true colours.
But they couldn't keep her.
They knew that.

She was born to fly.

She had been beautiful in their hands, but in flight she soared.
In the garden amongst the colourful, sweet-fragranced flowers.
Her habitat.
Free.

In letting her go, they made her happy.
But she would always have their warmth and love.
Always and forever.
For all of eternity.

Will eventually frame the poem and display with her photo.
